Responsibilities
•Plan and execute end-to-end projects for collection development, production, and logistics
•Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
•Coordinate with designers, artisans, suppliers, and logistics partners
•Track materials, monitor progress, and resolve production and delivery issues
•Schedule project activities, report status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
•Supervise inspections of materials and finished garments
•Optimize workflows and support continuous improvement across production and supply chain processes
Requirements
•Strong project management skills and experience planning, coordinating, and executing multi-stage projects
•Experience expediting materials and products through the production cycle
•Knowledge of logistics management, including shipment coordination, timeline management, and collaboration with logistics providers
•Inspection experience and attention to detail in quality control for materials and finished goods
•Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic, creative environment
•Bachelor's degree in project management, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
