Responsibilities
•Lead complex digital product and mobile platform deliveries from discovery through launch and live operations
•Establish project plans that balance scope, timelines, budgets, and client business outcomes
•Build partnerships with senior client stakeholders and act as their primary delivery partner
•Own project financials, including forecasting, budget management, and profitability monitoring
•Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring Statements of Work stay within commercial parameters
•Maintain delivery governance across risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions
•Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Product teams to create realistic, technically sound plans
•Promote AI and modern delivery tools to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and team efficiency
•Evolve delivery standards and best practices, promoting learning and continuous improvement
•Coach and mentor less experienced Project Managers
Requirements
•Significant experience delivering complex digital products within an agency or consultancy
•Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
•Deep expertise in Agile delivery, with flexibility to adapt to hybrid or traditional models
•Commercial acumen in project financial management, forecasting, and scope control
•Experience establishing transparent delivery governance and managing risks
•Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and C-suite stakeholders
•Hands-on experience collaborating with Solution Architects and technical engineering teams
•Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern digital product management tools
•Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken
•Proactive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and strong organizational skills
