Responsibilities
•Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online meetings, with opportunities to visit clients on site
•Find and place candidates in roles across Europe
•Advise clients and candidates
•Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other methods
•Negotiate and close deals
•Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment process
Requirements
•Confident, proactive, commercially driven, with a sales mindset
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Money motivated
•Able to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
•A team player who can also work independently
•Higher professional level of thinking and working
•Fluent in Dutch or German and English
Conditions
•Uncapped commission
•25 Days of holiday, plus Christmas/New Year closure and a day off on your birthday
•KPI bonus of 400 EUR per month
