About the role
At XSecures, we help companies select and implement cybersecurity solutions. We are part of the MBA System group—a company operating since 2018 that generated over PLN 209 million in revenue in 2025. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced person who can independently acquire clients, manage complex sales processes, and develop long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
•Acquiring new business clients throughout Poland.
•Growing sales within the assigned client portfolio, identifying further opportunities for cooperation, maintaining relationships, and negotiating contract renewals.
•Qualifying clients and sales opportunities: identifying needs, budget, the purchasing process, decision-makers, and timelines.
•Managing the entire sales process—from the first conversation, through preparing a solution with presales, preparing an offer and negotiations, to signing the contract and developing the relationship.
•Building relationships with different stakeholders on the client side and tailoring arguments to their roles and business, financial, and technology goals.
•Planning activities, managing the sales pipeline, working systematically in the CRM, and preparing reliable forecasts.
•Achieving quarterly targets based on gross profit.
Requirements
•At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales of cybersecurity services or related technology services: cloud, managed services, data protection, business continuity, IT outsourcing, and implementation and integration services.
•Independently acquire clients and sell solutions that require needs analysis and cooperation with a technical team.
•Experience selling subscription services such as SaaS, IaaS, and other "as a service" models, as well as long-term contracts.
•Able to manage sales processes lasting several months and understand the difference between your own sales process and the client's purchasing process.
•Can speak with both boards and people responsible for finance or technology, as well as managers and administrators, and can take their different needs into account to build a shared justification for a purchase.
•Know how to translate a target into the required pipeline value, number of opportunities, meetings, and contacts, taking conversion rates and process length into account.
•Can present sales results with specific examples, indicating own contribution to acquiring clients and growing contracts.
•English at a minimum B2 level; C1 is preferred.
•Category B driving licence and ready to travel on business within Poland.
•Takes initiative: independently looks for clients and sales opportunities, proposes actions, and proceeds to implement them.
•Can manage own work: sets priorities, plans next steps, and acts consistently without needing daily supervision.
•Takes responsibility: keeps commitments to clients and the team, and when an obstacle arises, looks for a solution and communicates what support is needed.
•Acts consistently throughout long sales processes: maintains momentum, involves the right people, and agrees on next steps with the client.
•Learns from own work: can assess the effectiveness of own actions, accept feedback, and change approach when the current one is not producing results.
•Team player: combines sales ambition with respect for clients and colleagues and works effectively with presales and account managers.
Nice to have
Engineering skills are not required, although they will be an additional asset. What matters most is understanding the business value of solutions and being able to work with presales.

•Quarterly commission and an additional sales bonus during the first 12 months of cooperation. Detailed terms will be presented at later stages.
•A group client portfolio to grow sales of the XSecures offering, with support from their account managers in reaching decision-makers.
•Presales support, a CRM, and product training and certifications organized by manufacturers.

During this period, there is no financial target or minimum threshold for commission eligibility.
•Commission (at an agreed percentage) is calculated on the gross profit actually generated and paid after the three months are over.
•During onboarding, substantive support is provided in planning sales activities, prospecting, and developing initial business opportunities.
