A global IT services company provides payroll application support from an IT perspective, translating business needs into system solutions and maintaining a stable, compliant multi-country payroll landscape.
Задачи
•Act as the Payroll SME and main link between payroll/HR stakeholders and IT
•Gather, analyse and document business requirements for payroll system changes
•Support IT with solution design and prepare functional documentation, including business blueprint input
•Manage change requests and support release planning and deployment
•Work with IT teams on effort estimation for changes and enhancements
•Investigate and resolve payroll integration and interface errors between HR and payroll systems
•Design test cases and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
•Support incident management, including critical and major incident resolution
•Follow IT service management (ITIL) processes for incidents, changes and releases
Требования
•8+ Years of experience with HR payroll applications
•Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
•Hands-on experience with payroll integrations and interface error handling
•Knowledge of ITIL / IT service management processes
•Experience writing requirements and test cases and supporting UAT
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•Right to work in an EU country and ability to contract on a B2B basis
Nice to have: ADP payroll experience (ADP GlobalView strongly preferred), HR system experience such as Workday or SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, multi-country payroll experience, experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
