Requirements
•10+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, program leadership, or client engagement roles
•Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
•Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills
•Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and technology discussions
•Experience delivering enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, and Python
•Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services, enterprise architectures, APIs, and integration patterns
•Exposure to AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives
•Experience working in Agile delivery environments
•Ability to quickly learn and build expertise in new business domains and technologies
