Responsibilities
•Work in a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum)
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs
•Co-create business documentation
•Design functionalities using available tools
•Prepare functional documentation
•Break down features into smaller tasks
•Implement assigned tasks within the platform
•Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing
•Gather requirements and design workflows on the internal banking platform based on IBM FileNet
Requirements
•Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst
•Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex process-related problems
•Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools
•Experience creating and interpreting UML and BPMN models
•Knowledge of SQL and REST API
•Understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design principles
•Experience with at least one workflow or low-code platform: Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega
