Responsibilities
•Gather, analyse, and challenge business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders
•Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned with the Avaloq platform
•Perform impact and gap analyses to integrate new functionalities into the platform
•Support configuration activities within the Avaloq platform
•Produce and maintain functional documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery
•Define test scenarios and test cases to validate delivered solutions
•Participate in Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and non-regression testing
•Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and adoption of new functionalities
•Analyse and help resolve incidents and support requests
•Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with business and technical teams
•Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the platform provider
Requirements
•Experience as a Business Analyst
•Functional knowledge of banking processes
•Knowledge of the Avaloq platform, including its functionalities and use
•Ability to communicate effectively with users and business stakeholders
•Fluent English
Nice to have
•Avaloq certification (e.g. ACCP)
•Experience with Avaloq in a SaaS model
•Experience with specific Avaloq modules (e.g. Reporting, Credit, or Payments)
•Experience in private banking or wealth management
•Experience with FAT, SIT, and UAT testing
•SQL knowledge
•Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid approaches)
•Experience in regulated financial services environments
