Responsibilities:
•Analyze business requirements for corporate internet banking and mobile banking applications
•Work with business, product, technology, development, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the mobile application development lifecycle
•Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•Participate in the end-to-end product development process, from requirements analysis through development, testing, and go-live
•Analyze banking processes and identify opportunities for process and product improvements
•Use SQL for data analysis, data validation, and business-related investigations
•Translate data findings into actionable business requirements and recommendations
•Support analysis of APIs, integrations, data flows, and interactions between banking systems and mobile applications
•Prepare functional analysis documents, process flows, and other relevant documentation
•Support test scenario preparation, user acceptance testing, and validation of developed features
•Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, refinement, and other relevant ceremonies
•Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as expected
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
•At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
•Hands-on experience with mobile application development projects and a strong understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle
•Experience with corporate internet banking, digital banking, or mobile banking applications
•Strong SQL knowledge and experience in data analysis and data validation
•Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional analysis
•Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
•Must currently reside in Azerbaijan
•Good command of English
