Responsibilities
•Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
•Prioritize and organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high-quality work on time
•Understand project scope, goals, product functionality, and desired features
•Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members
•Follow technical instructions
Requirements
•Strong analytical skills, including tracing figures in reports back to their source and explaining them
•Excellent organizational skills
•Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables, SCD2, ETL/ELT, and data lineage
•Strong understanding of banking products and their accounting, including deposits, loans, guarantees, securities, FX, and general ledger
•Ability to draft clear written documentation, including mapping tables, process descriptions, and gap analysis
•2+ years of experience in a similar role
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
•Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling
•Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions, and performance tuning
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Enjoyment of learning new technologies and putting them into practice
•Communicative, flexible, team-oriented, quick to learn, proactive, creative, and analytical
•Ability to work directly with end users and business leaders to gather requirements
•Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
•Clear and concise writing skills and effective communication in Georgian and English
