Tasks
•Support IT projects and business-side product and offering initiatives
•Negotiate, consolidate, and document business requirements for IT stakeholders
•Define and promote effective functional solutions, balancing cost and functionality in agreement with the business sponsor
•Oversee IT projects and ensure system quality by testing deliveries and negotiating timelines
•Manage projects from the business perspective as a representative of the business sponsor
Requirements
•Experience in IT projects in a bank
•Fluent Polish and English
•Able to work under pressure; responsible, goal-oriented, independent, and able to work in a team
•Knowledge of MS Office
•Knowledge of Cash Management concepts, including domestic and international transfers, collections, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, and core banking; expertise is not required
•Knowledge of AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, RODO, sanctions, and embargo regulations
•Able to communicate with business and IT stakeholders

•Experience implementing new products, including preparing documentation and participating in product committees
•Support for business application owners, including managing access profiles and assessing criticality
•Managing business-area outsourcing contracts, including regular reviews
