DXC is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform to lead banking software projects, guide client onboarding, and bridge business requirements with technical delivery.
Задачи
•Lead the project team as the primary functional authority throughout the software development lifecycle
•Lead workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements
•Translate client business requirements into functional specifications for the technical development team
•Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing phase with the client
•Mentor the team and safeguard the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation
Требования
•At least 10 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
•At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Hogan CAMSII (Issuing)
•Expert understanding of card management systems and core banking accounting flows
•Experience managing the full project lifecycle in a lead functional capacity
•Extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCD's
•Ability to work in a team environment with teams in multiple geographic locations
•Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with team members and clients
•English at B2/C1/C2 Advanced or Proficient level
Nice to have: Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical architects, Italian language speaking.
