Responsibilities
•Lead business analysis for complex initiatives from initial discovery through to delivery and evaluation.
•Act as a domain expert for customer risk and fraud prevention to identify opportunities for platform innovation.
•Translate high-level initiatives into detailed technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Manage requirements across the platform landscape, including decision engines and third-party data integrations.
•Assess the impact of regulatory changes on internal systems, processes, and customer journeys.
Requirements
•Extensive experience as a technical analyst within financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
•Strong domain expertise in risk management, fraud prevention, or payment processing systems.
•Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs, including workflows and data models.
•Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various departments.
•Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to mentor junior team members on best practices.
