Responsibilities
•Define technical solutions with technical teams
•Draw functional diagrams to support decision-making and inform technical solutions
•Manage technical and business stakeholders
•Align deliveries with program objectives
•Prioritize and coordinate tasks across teams involved in the same development
•Monitor development, deployments, quality, and integrated test coordination
•Coordinate UATs with the business before production
•Prepare information for analysis teams
•Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams
•Define technical requirements
•Proactively ensure the operational excellence of electric mobility platforms
•Assist in identifying and tracking incidents on platforms already in operation
Requirements
•Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a similar field
•At least 2 years of experience specifying, implementing, and monitoring digital solutions
•At least 2 years of IT project management experience
•Experience resolving and managing incidents
•Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem, including Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals
•Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations
•Ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture
•Fluent Portuguese and English
