This role focuses on shaping and delivering a core consumer risk platform that handles real-time credit decisioning and fraud prevention. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to turn complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Задачи
•Lead business analysis for cross-functional initiatives from discovery through to post-implementation evaluation.
•Act as a domain expert for customer risk and fraud prevention to identify optimization opportunities.
•Translate business and system requirements into epics and user stories for workflow and decision engines.
•Assess the impact of regulatory changes on internal systems, processes, and customer journeys.
•Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and mentor junior team members.
Требования
•Extensive experience as a technical business analyst within financial services or payment processing.
•Strong domain expertise in risk management, fraud prevention, or underwriting systems.
•Proven ability to translate business needs into system designs, including APIs and data models.
•Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives and influencing diverse stakeholders in agile environments.
•A degree in business informatics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
