It focuses on clients' business goals and uses AI-driven practices in daily delivery. The project is an IoT platform for smart private workspaces in airports and hotels, with a mobile app, voice AI assistant, backend and admin panel, payments, and edge software integrated with hardware from several vendors.
Responsibilities
•Work closely with hardware vendors, with Tech Lead support, and the client's product and operations teams
•Specify and deliver device integrations with vendors
•Check client requests against contracts and handle change requests using facts and documents
•Lead requirements work, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and scenario matrices
•Prepare and support acceptance with evidence
•Use AI tools in daily analysis work
•Meet the client in Warsaw once a month
Requirements
•5+ years as a business or system analyst in software development
•Solid IoT knowledge, including devices, protocols, and device-to-cloud interaction
•Regular hands-on use of AI tools in business analysis work, including requirements, documentation analysis, and review
•Experience with fixed-price projects, including change request handling
•Experience working with hardware vendors
•Hands-on use of modeling techniques
•Strong negotiation skills and a fact-based approach to scope and priority discussions
•English at B2+/C1 level
