The project
An IoT platform for smart private workspaces in airports and hotels. Guests book a space in a mobile app, get access, control light and climate by voice or touch, and order food and drinks. Behind it: a mobile app, a voice AI assistant, payments, edge devices and hardware from several vendors.
This is a project-based role.
Your role
You'll join an ongoing project and work closely with hardware vendors (with Tech Lead support) and the client's teams. You'll specify device integrations, check client requests against the contract and handle change requests with facts and documents.
Must-have
•5+ years as a Business Analyst
•Hands-on experience on IoT projects: devices, protocols, device-to-cloud
•Regular use of AI tools in your BA work: requirements, documentation, analysis
We also expect
•Experience on fixed-price projects, including change requests
•Experience working with hardware vendors
•Strong negotiation skills and a fact-based approach to scope and priorities discussions
•English at B2+
Good to know
•Poland and EU preferred. Other locations are considered if you work EU hours
•Remote, plus one client meeting in Warsaw per month (travel covered)
