The client modernizes pension administration across Europe. With a strong presence in Denmark and the Netherlands, its platform is being implemented at two of the largest pension administrators in the Dutch market.
Responsibilities
•Understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications
•Analyze pension products, processes, and events to ensure the system behaves as required
•Support life and pension system implementations and change programs
•Participate in business process modeling and contribute to solution design
•Work with system configuration and understand the technical implications of requirements
•Collaborate closely with clients, domain experts, and internal teams
•Align teams and locations and build strong professional relationships in an international environment
Requirements
•Strong knowledge of the Dutch life and pension market
•Fluent Dutch and good working English
•Experience with IT implementation projects and/or change management
•Technical aptitude to understand the technical impact of requirements and contribute to system configuration
•Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an international, distributed team
Nice to Have
•Actuarial knowledge and/or experience
