Задачи
•Help oversee the design, manufacturing, and planning of product marketing and promotion strategies
•Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to management questions and requests
•Specify and oversee research to determine customers' needs and preferences
•Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability
•Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions
•Support the successful delivery of business initiatives
•Manage complex requirements and drive continuous business improvement
•Manage a team backlog, break down requirements, write user stories, and validate that customer needs are met
Требования
•4+ Years of business analysis or related experience
•3+ Years of experience working with software products
•1+ Year of experience with NetSuite
•Knowledge of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance
•Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
•Project management and business analysis skills
•Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
•Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, and Jira
•Experience developing user interface drafts
•Business process modeling experience, including knowledge of relevant notations and methodologies
Nice to have: Professional certifications (CCBA, CBAP by IIBA, PMI-PBA by PMI, CPRE by IREB).
