Requirements:
•3+ years of total experience working as a trained software Business Analyst
•Background in various types of financial services
•Fluency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
•Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills
•Strong communication and technical skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical issues/concepts
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prepare detailed deliverables (e.g. functional requirements) in line with industry best practices and internal agreed quality, process, and timelines
•Be the voice of the customer and provide user perspective on feature value and objectives
•Deliver quality documentation including customer journeys, use cases, activity and technical diagrams
Responsibilities:
