Requirements
•A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
•Proven experience gathering and analysing requirements in technology environments
•Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
•Knowledge of systems integration, APIs and application architectures
•Experience modelling processes using BPMN, UML or equivalent tools
•Knowledge of databases and the ability to perform analyses using SQL
•Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
•Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels
•Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required
