The Small Business Sales Department of JSC Bank of Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Lead Small Business Banker in Tbilisi.
Responsibilities
•Plan and conduct customer visits, introduce existing business credit products and services
•Identify customer needs, offer a suitable credit product and explain its benefits
•Study and analyze the customer's business activities and financial situation
•Prepare a credit application and present it to the committee
•Maintain ongoing communication with customers and provide consultations when necessary
Requirements
•Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics, or business administration
•At least 2 years of experience in business lending
•Georgian language proficiency: fluent; conversational English is preferred
•Well-developed negotiation and sales skills
•A high level of responsibility, strong work motivation, and initiative
•Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, set work objectives appropriately, and manage time
•Logical and analytical thinking
•Professional knowledge of office computer programs
•Customer service skills: politeness, friendliness, and willingness to help
Conditions
•Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00) and a fixed salary plus a monthly bonus
