About the Role
TBC is a leading financial institution in the region. TBC's Corporate and Investment Banking business (CIB) is the market leader and N1 player. We have an active vacancy in the residential real estate and construction sector for a Corporate Analyst.
Responsibilities
•Receive and process clients' credit applications
•Analyze clients' financial indicators and accordingly prepare comprehensive loan proposals
•Prepare financial models and determine forecast financial indicators
•Assess project risk
•Organize the collateral valuation process and ensure it is correctly reflected in the project
•Present the project to the Credit Committee
•Manage the loan issuance process
•For non-standard contracts, manage the process with both the bank's internal departments and the client
•Regularly monitor the financial condition of existing clients
•Monitor compliance with the intended purpose of the loan
•Manage the utilization of tranches or credit lines
•Prepare various reports in accordance with the bank's standards
Requirements
•Higher education in finance or business administration
•At least two years of experience working as a financial analyst
•Advanced knowledge of English and Russian
•Knowledge of finance
•Knowledge of the bank's structure and the allocation of functions
•Knowledge of banking legislation
•Knowledge of banking products, processes and tariffs
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
•Readiness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
Nice to Have
•CFA and/or ACCA will be considered an advantage
