Corporate Business announces a vacancy for an Analyst in the rehabilitation sector.
Responsibilities
•Receive and process clients' credit applications
•Analyze clients' financial indicators and prepare comprehensive loan projects accordingly
•Prepare financial models and determine forecast financial indicators
•Assess project risks
•Organize the collateral valuation process and ensure it is accurately reflected in the project
•Present the project to the Credit Committee
•Manage the loan disbursement process
•For non-standard contracts, manage the process with both the bank's internal units and the client
•Regularly monitor existing clients' financial condition (quarterly/monthly)
•Monitor compliance with the intended purpose of the loan
•Manage the utilization of tranches or credit lines
•Prepare various reports in accordance with the bank's standards
Requirements
•Higher education in finance or business administration (CFA and/or ACCA will be considered an advantage)
•At least two years of experience working as a financial analyst
•Advanced knowledge of English
•Knowledge of finance
•Knowledge of the bank's structure and the distribution of its functions
•Energetic
•Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
•Not afraid of challenges, determined
•Able to quickly gather information and make decisions in critical situations, or prepare complete information for the relevant person to make a decision
•Able to see new opportunities in novelty and change
•Proactive, does not wait for instructions from others
•Results-oriented, sets priorities appropriately and always has a specific plan for achieving goals
