•Prioritize high-value leads and locate key decision-makers with speed to maintain high sales velocity and momentum.
•Manage a mature pipeline and forecast structure, utilizing a rigorous sales cadence to provide accurate and transparent data to leadership.
•Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure every new account launch is seamless and impactful.
Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within tech solutions or platform sales.
•Demonstrated experience in 0-to-100 pipeline management and direct sales acquisitions.
•Proven track record of value-based selling and crafting narratives for "nice-to-have" products.
Nice to have
•Business-level English fluency.
•Experience in a "hunter" role within a fast-paced, startup-like or high-growth technology environment.

•A collaborative spirit and a passion for building long-term partnerships that move businesses forward.
Conditions
•You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits.
•Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber's culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office.
•Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence. Ask your Recruiter for details about this role's requirements.
