Join SkyLux Travel, a premium US-based travel agency specializing in Business and First-Class flights. We are expanding our sales team in Tashkent and are looking for ambitious, motivated, and experienced Sales Agents who are eager to build a successful career in luxury travel and maximize their earning potential. As a Business Class Travel Sales Agent, you will work with high-value clients, understand their travel needs, recommend personalized flight options, and provide a premium level of customer service from inquiry to booking.
Responsibilities
•Sell international Business and First-Class flight tickets
•Consult with clients and recommend personalized travel solutions
•Upsell flight upgrades and additional travel options
•Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
•Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
•Maximize sales opportunities and earn performance-based commissions
Requirements
•Previous sales experience is required
•Fluent English, both spoken and written
•Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
•Confident and professional communication with clients
•Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly
•Strong sales motivation and a results-oriented mindset
•Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
•Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
•Willingness to work the 4:00 AM–12:00 PM morning shift
Conditions
•$300/month net fixed salary
•Uncapped commission with top performers earning up to $8,000/month
