What you will do
•Plan and run internal and external events, including corporate activities, job fairs, exhibitions, sports events, and employee engagement initiatives.
•Implement global internal branding in the Tashkent office and localize global communications for the Uzbekistan market.
•Create copy and content for internal channels, social media, presentations, banners, media materials, and employee success stories.
•Manage social media content and paid promotional campaigns, coordinating visual materials with the design team.
•Manage external communications, reputation on job review sites and social media, local awards, and media relations.
•Develop the local PR and internal communications plan, manage the budget, and report quarterly on results and ROI.
Requirements
•3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications.
•Hands-on social media marketing experience, including content creation and paid promotional campaigns.
•Experience organizing events end to end and working with vendors and budgets.
•Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
•Experience planning communication activities and reporting on results, with good knowledge of the Uzbekistan media and communications landscape.
•Advanced written and spoken English; organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
