About the Role
We're on the lookout for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our HR team and help us share Y Soft's story – both inside and outside the company. We want someone who can make sure our culture and brand shine everywhere – from career fairs to intranet updates. You'll play a key role in shaping how we're seen, keeping internal comms fresh, and making sure our events leave a mark.
Internal Communications
•Manage and develop internal channels like our intranet, newsletters and MS Teams updates
•Write in a way that makes people want to read to the end
•Help colleagues share their stories in an impactful way
Website and Social Media Content (occasionally)
•Help keep our career pages inviting and relevant
•Contribute to posts for Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (optional, but fun if you're curious)
•Set up, run and optimize PPC campaigns to promote our open positions and employer brand
Requirements
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Passion for communications, employer branding, or marketing
•Creativity and a knack for turning ideas into engaging content
•Bonus points for copywriting and storytelling skills
•Familiarity with Canva (or other design tools) and CMS is a plus
•Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns is a plus
•Czech language at native level and English proficiency (B2/C1)
•A driving license is an advantage
