What you will do
•Sell international Business and First-Class flight tickets.
•Understand client travel needs and recommend personalized flight options.
•Upsell flight upgrades and additional travel services.
•Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
•Provide premium customer service from inquiry through booking.
•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
•At least 1 year of previous sales experience.
•Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
•Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client-facing skills.
•Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.
•Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
•Willingness to work the 4:00 AM-12:00 PM morning shift on-site in Tashkent.
