Training Specialist – Business Setup Advisors

Key Responsibilities:
•Design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for fresh candidates.
•Train employees on UAE mainland and free-zone company formation processes.
•Explain business licensing, legal structures, government procedures, documentation, visas, and related services.
•Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, and practical exercises.
•Conduct role-playing activities and mock client consultations.
•Train candidates in sales techniques, lead management, customer service, objection handling, and closing.
•Evaluate trainees through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
•Identify knowledge and performance gaps and provide coaching and refresher training.
•Coordinate with management, sales, operations, and HR to ensure training meets business requirements.
•Monitor changes in UAE business setup regulations and update training materials accordingly.
•Prepare regular reports on attendance, progress, assessment results, and training effectiveness.
