What you will do
•Analyze and optimize workflows and operational processes.
•Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI-powered solutions, including AI agents.
•Develop and maintain processes, controls, and operating procedures.
•Collect and analyze operational data and prepare reports and dashboards.
•Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea to implementation.
•Support analytical and operational projects for senior management.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, business transformation, management consulting, strategy and operations, project management, or a related field.
•Experience with process optimization, automation, or operational improvement.
•Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Power Automate.
•Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
•Ability to identify problems independently, structure tasks, and implement solutions.
•English at B2 level or above, with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
