We are looking for someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships with customers, and is ready to learn new things to join our team as a Telesales Representative, helping customers get products and solutions that meet their work needs, while developing skills and growing in their career together with us.
Responsibilities
•Manage and expand the customer base within your assigned portfolio through telephone sales and digital channels.
•Present products and solutions to existing and new customers to create sales opportunities and long-term relationships.
•Understand customer needs and provide advice and recommend suitable products.
•Continuously seek new business opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
•Work closely with Sales Representatives, exchanging information and planning sales strategies to achieve shared goals.
What We're Looking For
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•At least 1–2 years of telesales experience; experience selling office supplies/equipment is a plus.
•Communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
•Willingness to learn, develop skills, and work with the team to achieve goals.
•Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system is a plus.
•Ability to use English at work, especially reading and responding to emails, is a strong plus.
