•Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading, and data science/quant
•Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit
•Drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, and ensure seamless candidate experiences
•Negotiate offers and close talent in competitive markets
•Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines
•Own full-cycle hiring and partner with hiring managers to support growth plans
Требования:
•3+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on technical roles in high-performance environments
•Background hiring at high-bar companies, either at agencies serving trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, or tech companies, or in-house at scaling tech companies
•Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
•Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines
•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
•Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all organisational levels
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices
