Responsibilities
•Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients
•Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
•Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across a range of specialist markets
•Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
•Achieve and exceed revenue targets with the support of dedicated advertising and marketing teams
Requirements
•Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or similar professional market
•A proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
•Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
•Advanced communication, organisation and relationship building skills
Conditions
•Base salary up to £40k plus uncapped commission
•Up to £12k per year in personal incentives
