Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's 10 engineering teams
•Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London's highly competitive market
•Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates—the best engineers are rarely on the market
•Shape and champion the engineering EVP
•Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold a high hiring standard, even as we grow quickly
•Design and refine the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without compromising on quality
•Think creatively about Omnea's presence to candidates, including brand, content, community, and events
•Own your pipeline metrics and know your numbers
Requirements
•3+ years in an engineering-focused agency
•2+ years in-house at a respected, fast-paced London tech startup dedicated to engineering hiring
•Experience scaling an engineering team from around 20 to over 100 engineers
•At least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total
•Deep knowledge of London's competitive engineering market
•Active contributions to an engineering EVP
•Ability to have informed, credible conversations with Senior and Staff-level product engineers about why Omnea is worth their time
