Responsibilities
•Assist the Talent Acquisition team in hiring high-impact employees.
•Review applications and identify top candidates for open roles.
•Proactively source passive talent for various positions.
•Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
•Develop and implement strategies to attract new talent.
•Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
•A strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.
•An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
•The ability to work autonomously and learn new topics quickly.
•Excellent writing skills and native-level English proficiency.
•Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
Nice to have: Previous experience screening candidates is a plus.
