About Buena
Buena (funded by Google Ventures) makes everything related to real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF, whether searching for, buying or financing an apartment. Buena takes over property management companies across Germany and turns them into technology companies. In the past three years, Buena has grown from fewer than 25 full-time employees in Berlin to Germany's second-largest property management company, with more than 400 employees. Buena is looking for a working student for its Talent Acquisition team to further expand its competitive advantage in M&A.
Tasks
•You spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through various channels.
•You also conduct initial screening conversations.
•You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
•You actively contribute ideas for improving the channel mix for attracting talent to the TA strategy.
Requirements
•You want to work on-site at the HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
•You can commit to at least 12 months of working as a student employee.
•You have a demonstrable, strong interest in people and entrepreneurship.
•You are highly resilient in direct outreach, act confidently and work in a results-oriented way.
•You want a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-supported work.
