Fussy

talent acquisition manager

In short

This role owns end-to-end recruitment at a London-based D2C personal care brand, from role briefs and direct sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handover. It requires solid full-cycle recruiting experience, strong direct sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals), and confidence coaching and challenging hiring managers on structured interviews and scorecards. The job is hybrid in Shoreditch (Tue-Thu in office) and demands comfort with ATS data, fast-paced decision-making, and juggling multiple concurrent roles across teams.
