Acumatica develops cloud ERP solutions for small and midsized businesses. Its industry-specific business management software supports payment collection through credit cards, electronic bank transfers, POS terminals, and payment links, and integrates with external service providers.
Задачи
•Analyze business scenarios and product requirements, and communicate with international partners and customers
•Design new features and create functional specifications
•Evaluate the backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders
•Drive end-to-end feature implementation
•Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details
•Collaborate with external providers, including payment processors and service providers
•Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writers
•Validate implemented features against specifications and perform acceptance testing
•Develop test plans and scenarios, including edge cases such as data migration, invalid data, and high load
•Support maintenance activities, handle support requests, and verify bug fixes
Требования
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•5+ Years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications
•3+ Years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations
•Strong experience writing functional documentation in English
•Experience working closely with developers and business users
•Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
•Strong prioritization skills and a results-oriented mindset
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Fluent English
