Responsibilities
•Conduct comprehensive system analysis and assess the feasibility of planned IT solutions
•Elicit, analyze, and align business and system requirements
•Design and specify REST API and Apache Kafka integration interfaces
•Prepare functional and non-functional specifications and detailed technical documentation
•Model business processes, use cases, and sequence diagrams using UML and BPMN
•Develop business and technology solution recommendations in collaboration with IT architects
•Work closely with developers and testers during solution design, implementation, and testing
•Verify that implementations comply with requirements and project documentation
•Maintain the quality, consistency, and currency of system specifications
Requirements
•Experience as a Senior System Analyst or in an independent system analyst role on complex IT projects
•Very good knowledge of REST API and Apache Kafka, particularly for designing and specifying system integrations
•Practical experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and creating technical documentation
•Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN, including process, use-case, and sequence-diagram modeling
•Knowledge of techniques for eliciting, structuring, and modeling requirements
•Experience in business modeling and solution prototyping
•Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
•Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
•A university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
•Communicative English skills, spoken and written
•Independence, analytical thinking, and the ability to make project decisions
•Good communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
Nice to have
•Sparx Enterprise Architect, PlantUML or draw.io
•Practical SQL
•Experience in banking-sector projects
•AI tools supporting system analysis, requirements modeling, and documentation
Conditions
•Compensation: 135–155 PLN/h netto + VAT on a B2B basis
•Hybrid or remote work, depending on location
•Warsaw or Łódź: one office day per week
•Other locations: remote work with an office visit in Warsaw once per quarter
