About the Project
Andersen's customer is an international technology organization in the digital infrastructure domain. It develops and maintains high-load platforms for processing and managing data across multiple regions. The project develops and integrates a secure, scalable payment platform with microservices, asynchronous transaction processing, and external system integrations.
Responsibilities
•Gather and analyze requirements for payment processes
•Formalize business and system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements
•Develop integration specifications and describe Compass Payment interactions with internal and external systems
•Develop and maintain REST API specifications and define JSON request and response structures
•Describe payment transaction statuses, state transitions, and successful and failed processing scenarios
•Define requirements for idempotency and transaction reprocessing
•Model processes and system interactions using UML/BPMN
•Analyze and validate data using SQL
•Participate in analyzing integration issues and incidents
•Prepare requirements and acceptance criteria for development
•Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA engineers
•Analyze existing functionality and identify required changes
•Participate in acceptance testing and verify that implemented functionality meets requirements
Requirements
•At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst
•Hands-on experience with payment systems and a strong understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle, processing stages, statuses, and state transitions
•Experience documenting business and system requirements and preparing integration specifications
•Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SQL
•Strong understanding of JSON
•Knowledge of UML and BPMN
•Understanding of idempotency principles and synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios
•Experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and architects
•Experience decomposing requirements sufficiently for development and testing
•Direct hands-on experience with Compass Payment
•English at Intermediate level or above
