Responsibilities
•Research and map candidates for senior and strategic leadership roles using LinkedIn, the internal database, and other sources
•Shadow the Executive Recruiter on live searches and learn how to identify strong leadership candidates
•Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
•Share clear, structured search progress updates during weekly check-ins with hiring teams
•Help test new sourcing channels and ideas alongside the Executive Recruiting team
Requirements
•Show genuine curiosity about people and what makes someone the right fit for a role through previous jobs, research projects, coursework, volunteer work, or self-directed learning
•Demonstrate persistence and attention to detail, with a track record of keeping structured, accurate records
•Manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a professional or academic setting
•Be open to feedback and comfortable learning new tools and ways of working quickly
Nice to have: prior exposure to sourcing or CRM tools
Conditions
•Working student position, 20 hours/week
