Задачи
•Define and execute the multi-channel roadmap across main brand channels, sub-brands, community hubs, and the corporate blog to build brand equity and drive audience acquisition
•Lead, mentor, and manage the internal SMM team, including execution specialists and community managers
•Produce creative briefs, oversee visual and copy alignment, and ensure assets follow platform-specific best practices
•Design and oversee the influencer marketing framework, including creator selection, campaign briefs, contract negotiations, co-creation workshops, brand integration rules, and performance tracking
•Establish publishing workflows, posting cadences, cross-channel distribution models, RACI matrices, and tone-of-voice compliance across digital sub-brands
•Manage paid social media budgets, configure performance tracking, set KPIs, and report on ROI, reach, conversion, and community health
•Monitor algorithm shifts, emerging social technology, and owned-media trends, and test new content formats and distribution mechanisms
Требования
•At least 5 years of experience in digital channel strategy, social media management, or owned media operations, including at least 2 years in a strategic or team lead capacity
•Direct experience managing channel execution specialists and community managers
•Proven experience managing end-to-end creative briefing processes with dedicated creative or agency teams
•Deep technical expertise in paid distribution, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and analytics platforms
•Strategic thinking, cross-functional project management, and data-backed decision-making skills
