About the Role
You will own paid acquisition strategy and execution across core channels and markets. You will manage media budgets against CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback targets; run testing programmes; brief creative work; translate data into actions; and improve attribution and measurement frameworks.

•5+ years of performance marketing experience for a mobile app product

Responsibilities
•Own paid-media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels
•Manage and optimise media budgets against CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback targets
•Run tests across audiences, creative angles, bidding strategies, and landing pages
•Translate campaign data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
•Brief and iterate paid creative assets with the Creative team
•Align paid campaigns with product launches, corridor expansions, and seasonal remittance peaks
•Develop and maintain attribution and measurement frameworks
