RedCore is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Telegram, Influence, Media Platforms)!
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build, test, and scale performance strategies across media outlets, Telegram channels, niche platforms, and influencer networks. If you're a strategy-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and media buying expertise, we'd love to connect!
What you'll need:
•3+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably in B2B, FinTech, iGaming, or related fields)
•Proven track record of independently developing and executing performance marketing strategies
•Hands-on experience with media placements, niche platforms, forums, influencers, and budget planning
•Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
•Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, CR)
•Strong skills in competitor analysis, channel evaluation, and hypothesis prioritization
Nice to have:
•B2B promotion experience in FinTech, Anti-Fraud, iGaming, or Investment
•An established network of media outlets, influencers, and industry partners
•Experience with international markets, English-language platforms, and cross-promotions
What you'll do:
•Develop and execute performance strategies across multiple business units
•Plan and manage marketing budgets, media plans, and Telegram/influencer/forum campaigns
•Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and handle partner negotiations
•Analyze campaign performance, optimize key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
