About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst at Redcore (Traffic Domain)! We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced BA who excels at bringing structure to complex systems, identifying bottlenecks, and translating business goals into clear, actionable technical solutions.
What you will do
•Analyze business processes across Traffic Domain products, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for growth.
•Model AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, bridge gaps, and drive process optimization.
•Manage requirements end-to-end: structure, document (Use Cases, User Stories, AC), and validate them.
•Lead discovery efforts: investigate business challenges, validate hypotheses, and evaluate alternative technical approaches.
•Facilitate workshops, refinements, and alignment sessions across Business, Product, and Delivery teams.
What we are looking for
•5+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex digital products or IT systems.
•Proven background in iGaming, Traffic systems, or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
•Strong command of process modeling in BPMN and system specification using UML.
•Solid toolkit: Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Stakeholder Mapping.
•Deep systems thinking and a solid grasp of how discrete components interact within a platform.
•Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
