About the Role
We are looking for you, with a passion for digital marketing, a sharp eye for trends and a clear understanding of the dynamic development of search engines and AI-driven answer systems (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Responsibilities
•You are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous optimization of holistic SEO and GEO strategies to increase our clients' organic visibility
•You develop forward-looking concepts for GEO, e.g. through structured content approaches, entity optimization, and strengthening authority and trustworthiness
•You use common tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Google Search Console, Peec.ai and Google Analytics and derive data-based recommendations from them
•You bring a deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategies and information architectures and apply this in collaboration with Development, UX and Editorial
•You continuously develop onpage, offpage and content optimizations, with an eye on both classic search engines and AI systems
•You always keep PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, structured data and technical SEO in view
•As a "nice-to-have", you bring experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
•Agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects mainly take place in an agile environment and we work with tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence
Requirements
•Very good German skills (minimum C1), as our current projects are predominantly conducted in German. Good English skills are an advantage
