Responsibilities
•As Senior Data Analyst, you analyze and interpret data to derive well-founded recommendations for our clients and internal teams and to support the development of digital strategies and marketing measures
•You design, implement and optimize tracking architectures, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Piwik PRO, BigQuery and Data Studio to ensure data-privacy-compliant, precise and future-proof data collection
•You systematically analyze performance data, identify relevant correlations and derive concrete optimization potential, increasingly also with the support of AI-assisted analysis methods
•You plan and analyze A/B tests along the entire customer journey and always keep an eye on the next lever
•You keep an eye on market and competitive developments and bring data-based insights specifically into collaboration with our strategy, performance marketing and SEO teams
•You naturally take data protection and GDPR requirements into account when developing and implementing tracking and analytics concepts
•Agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects mostly take place in an agile environment and we work with tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence
Requirements
•Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS as well as practical experience with SQL, ideally complemented by experience with MCP interfaces, connecting AI applications to data sources, and knowledge of Python or R
•Very good German skills (minimum C1), as our current projects are mostly conducted in German. Good English skills are an advantage
