About the Role
•As Senior Data Analyst, you analyze and interpret data to derive well-founded action recommendations for our clients and internal teams, and support the further development of digital strategies and marketing measures
•You conceive, implement and optimize tracking architectures, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Piwik PRO, BigQuery and Data Studio, to ensure data-protection-compliant, precise and future-proof data collection
•You systematically analyze performance data, identify relevant correlations and derive concrete optimization potential from them, increasingly also with the support of AI-based analysis methods
•You plan and analyze A/B tests along the entire customer journey and always keep the next lever in mind
Requirements
•Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS as well as practical experience with SQL, ideally complemented by experience with MCP interfaces, connecting AI applications to data sources, and knowledge of Python or R
•You keep an eye on market and competitive developments and bring data-based insights into collaboration with our strategy, performance marketing and SEO teams
•You naturally take data protection and GDPR requirements into account when developing and implementing tracking and analysis concepts
•Agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects take place mainly in an agile environment and we work with tools such as Miro, Jira and Confluence
•Very good German skills (at least C1), as our current projects are mostly conducted in German. Good English skills are an advantage
