What you will do
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•Develop client retention, lifecycle management, account growth, and joint business strategies.
•Coordinate project teams across planning, implementation, and delivery, including development, DevOps, and QA.
•Lead communication, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and team performance initiatives.
•Manage project profitability, budgets, revenue, expenses, margins, and cost efficiency.
•Identify growth opportunities, support presentations and negotiations, drive cross-selling and upselling, and monitor contract and SLA compliance.
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in client management; IT experience is a strong advantage.
•Knowledge of IT services and products, including software development, DevOps, and support.
•Experience with sales methodologies and client lifecycle management.
•Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and conflict-management skills.
•English at C1 level or higher is mandatory.
•Arabic at B2 level or higher is mandatory.
